We're being honest: Lumicura is a few months from general availability, and we want a small group of parent organizations to shape Phase 1 with us. In exchange for early adoption and direct feedback, founding schools lock in 50% off the Community price for as long as you keep an active subscription — even after we raise prices.

If Lumicura shuts down, we open-source the platform and give you 90 days of read-only access plus a full data export. That promise is in the DPA.

Pricing questions
How is "family" defined?
Any family with at least one child enrolled in the school during the billing year. We don't charge per parent or per child — one family, one seat. Families pay nothing; the parent organization (or school) pays the subscription.
Can we pay from the PTO budget?
Yes — that's how most of our pilot schools handle it. We invoice in USD, accept ACH, check, or card, and can issue a W-9 and 501(c)(3)-friendly receipt. Some schools instead bake the cost into tuition or a technology fee.
Is there a free trial?
30 days, full Community-tier features, no card required. We'll help you import your roster on day one so the trial reflects your real community, not a sandbox.
What if our family count changes mid-year?
We bill on the family count at contract start. Mid-year additions are free. If you grow past your tier ceiling, we move you to the next tier at the next renewal — never mid-year.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep read-only access through the end of your billing period, plus a full export of all your data (announcements, messages, ledger, documents) in machine-readable formats. No retention games.
Do you offer a discount for diocesan rollouts?
Yes — multi-school discounts kick in at 3 campuses. The Diocese tier also includes diocese-level reporting (commitment hours across schools) and a single contract for the chancery to sign.
