Once Lumicura is live, incidents with customer impact are posted here — plainly, and fast. There are none to report yet.
No incidents reported. When something does go wrong, you'll hear it from us here first — with a root-cause writeup for anything with customer impact over five minutes.
Service-level commitment
We commit to 99.9% monthly uptime. If we fall below that in any calendar month, affected customers receive service credits — no ticket required, applied automatically to the next invoice. Full terms live in the data processing addendum.
